Sometimes, those of us dealing with childen and adults effeced by FASD
I know that finding the right person to take care for our FASDers,
$$ paying that care person,$$
getting ready to go and actually going somewhere
can often times seem daunting and
therefore, we tend not to go.
We talk ourselves out of good things for ourselves all the time.
I know this first hand, as this seems to be my tendency as well.
I am fairly certain that I am not the only one that has let relationships fade, pushed hobbies to the back burner, forgotton to brush my hair, put off healthcare until its an emergency,
and a host of many other things.
Because of those reasons, this series dubbed "Caregiver Care" will have some free and even NO SITTER required options and some not so free options as well.
